This man is a footballing monster, a very similar player to his current teammate, Wilfred Ndidi.
Although he has already gained a lot of experience in the footballing world, he is still a young player at 22 who recently signed for Leicester in the Premier League, one of the most challenging leagues in the world. Having already played 4 seasons for Lille, in the French league, he has already gained a lot of exposure and Leicester decided to buy the French midfielder for around £17 million. In itself, quite a big transfer fee for a young midfielder.
As I stated already, he has played the majority of his football at Lille and helped them win their first French league title in 10 years, playing an integral part of their team in the heart of the midfield. Having watched him play last season for Lille and a few times already for Leicester, it is quite clear that he is a natural athlete with quite a big strong build. He plays a very similar game to his new teammate, Wilfred Ndidi. He is certainly not known for his goals or his assists but he is a very competent player on the ball but more importantly, the defensive side of his game is unrivaled. The Lille team only conceded 23 goals all season which is quite incredible. I believe he played a key role in this defensive stability.
Even though he is already 22 and has played over 100 games in his career, this young man will become a great midfielder in the Premier League, there is no doubt there.
